    Description

    Halloween Tapered/Pencil Tree Skirt
    This is a tapered / pencil tree skirt to go beneath your tree handcrafted in the USA by a professional seamstress. It's 32" in diameter with three layers, The top is a sheer orange fabric covered with black bats, stars and quarter moons. There's a layer of orange satin under that to make it shimmer. It's lined on the reverse with orange satin too. There's a 3" black satin ruffle around the outer edge.
    The skirt has tabbing on one side of the opening with a matching tie at the top to hold it around the pole. It's interlined with batting for thickness and shape. The opening for the tree is more for an artificial one being 1" in diameter.
