Antique Art Nouveau Carved Hardstone Chalcedony Large Size Cameo.  Carving is of a Greek Goddess executed in exquisite detail.  The carving is done in high relief and is truly a wearable work of art. The Chalcedony is a lovely grey shade that has a warm tan glow when held to the light.  The mount is solid 14k Yellow Gold. Cameo has a bale allowing wear as a pendant and has its original pin and fold over locking c clasp marked "14k." No damage or imperfections of any kind.  The piece has obviously been well cared for and immaculately stored.  An Heirloom piece to treasure and pass down to the next generation.
Cameo measures approximately 1 7/8" x 1 3/8" not including the bale.  Weight is 22.8 grams.
