Dyno St. Nick's Choice Pivot Point Christmas tree stand

You are purchasing a gently used Pivot Point Christmas tree stand.  Dimensions for unit are shown in pictures - the height is around 8.5", the distance from foot edge to opposite foot edge is around 23 1/2", the opening for the tree appears to have a maximum of 7 3/4", but I'm guessing the maximum diameter of the tree will be less.  According to Dyno, they recommend nothing bigger than 6" diameter tree.  In excellent condition.
