Beautiful, ornate, tobacco jar. Definitely antique piece. Lid has ornate Art Nouveau flowers and may be silver plate, but who knows!? Especially cool is that all 3 gatherings of repousse flowers are UNIQUE and do not match the others.  expert. (ITEM FOR SALE IN LISTING SHOWN IN FIRST 7 PICS ONLY) Flared, heavy glass jar. I have no idea who the maker is. This beauty shows wear/age/small imperfections, but excellent overall condition. It measures approx 6 inches tall & almost 5 inches across.
