    Description

    Antique Cigar Humidor
    Wood lined with Milkglass
    Measures: 11 1/2” wide x 7 3/4” deep x 4 1/2” tall
    Has a key lock however no key is included.
    Metal plaque on top reads “J.W. Selover”
    4 metal feet on bottom.
    2 tabs on inside (see photo #6)
    Box weighs 5 lbs 6 oz.
    Humidor was acquired from an estate with no history, but I did find this interesting article online:

    pertaining to the death and insurance claim of John W. Selover, a Seattle fruit and produce broker of J.W. Selover Son, Inc. Mr. Selover met his untimely demise on July 15, 1932.
    Not sure if this is the same J.W. Selover but because this was acquired in Washington state, it may well be. No verification though.
