    Description

These are Agilent / Keysight tube assemblies for the Z4203 / N1211A AOM Laser in excellent cosmetic and functional condition.  Several are available and any of them can be customized to your requirements in terms of beam size and REF frequency within the spec'd range for the model including installation in a 5517 laser body or to rebuild a 5517 laser with compatible specifications.
All have been tested in a monitored interferometer setup for a minimum of 8 hours by Laser Sam of Sam's Laser FAQ.
Those that meet or exceed Keysight specifications should be suitable for replacement / rebuild of Z4203 / N1211A lasers.  Even if the 60xxx number doesn't match your laser, it still may be possible to adjust the tube so that it would meet all specifications for it.
Those that are slightly under spec in terms of output power would still be excellent for use in testing of Z4203 / N1211A laser systems, though not recommended for installation in a customer's system.
All tubes Include a tested guaranteed matching VMI PS 253 HeNe laser power supply.
The Z4203-60237 is the genuine original tube currently in production (or is functionally identical) and is believed to be the Keysight replacement for the Agilent 60207.  It should be suitable to be used to repair any version of the Agilent / Keysight Z4203 / N1211A Fiber AOM Laser Head with a tube REF / split frequency near 1.5 MHz.   The Z4203-60224 is physically identical but with a spec'd REF / split frequency range of 1.5-3.0 MHz.
However, some tricky alignment to couple through the AOMs and into the fiber may be involved, and therefore this is not a drop-in replacement for someone with no experience with these systems.  Or even for someone who has.  So just because you picked up a complete broken Z4203 / N1211A system on eBay for .99 with free shipping doesn't mean it would be trivial to replace the tube and resell it for ,000.00. :)
These tubes could also be used to rebuild a small-case 5517 or 5501B.  For the Z4203-60207 and Z4203-60237, the result would be on the low end of REF for a 5517A, but if stage slew rate isn't critical but high output power is required (as for a large number of axes), this would be ideal.  But it should be possible to boost the REF frequency by enough to put it safely within the 5517A/5501B range.  If seriously interested, contact me.  For that or similar non-Z4203 / N1211A applications, adapter plates are available so these tubes would fit a standard 5517 laser body.
The beam diameter for all of these is 1 mm but it can be changed to 4, 6, or 9 mm pending availability of suitable beam expanders.  Inquire for details on the modifications required to fit the small case, or for the cost of a complete small-case 5517 laser using any of these tubes.
The photo is typical but they are all in very good to excellent cosmetic condition.
Note: The power from the tube is defined as the power after the beam expander or collimator and waveplates when locked in a laser.  This may be lower than the way it is spec'd by Agilent / Keysight which does not appear to include the waveplates, which reduce the power by 5-10 percent.  And the power when installed in a 5517 laser is typically 15-20 percent lower due to the losses in its beam sampler assembly.
    Agilent Z4203-60207 #1 (Tube ID: 822), >600 µW, 1.5 MHz.
    Low power.
Specifications for the 60207 are 725
    µW, 1.48-1.53 MHz.
    Agilent Z4203-60307 #1 (Tube ID: 380), >550 µW, 1.5 MHz.
    Specifications
for the 60307 are not known, but this is probably low power.
    Agilent Z4203-60224 #1 (Tube ID: 700),
    >1,200 µW, 2.2 MHz
    .
Specifications for the 60224 are 880
    µW, 1.48-3.0 MHz.
The REF / split frequency can be set to anything within the spec'd range, with a slight change in output powe
    r.
    Lower REF results in higher
    output power.
    Agilent Z4203-60224 #2 (Tube ID: 701),
    >950 µW, 2.85 MHz
    .
    Well above spec power.
    Agilent Z4203-60224 #3 (Tube ID: 078), >675 µW, 2.35 MHz.
    Below spec power but stable.
    Agilent Z4203-60224 #4 (Tube ID: 703), >725 µW, 2.76 MHz.
May be below spec power but stable.
    Agilent Z4203-60237 #1 (Tube ID: 800),
    >900 µW, 1.5 MHz
    .
Specifications for the 60237 are 725
    µW, 1.48-1.53 MHz
    .
